Our services
Individual, Couple, Child, Adolescent, & Family Therapy
Life is not simple. We all struggle throughout our lives. To help you heal, our team has advanced training in C-PTSD, PTSD, dissociation, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, chemical addiction, and love & sex addiction.
Our approach
We believe in the holistic approach to healing. Our physical bodies often bear the emotional weight of our experiences, leaving us physically exhausted, anxious, and depleted. We aim to help you find the courage to heal by identifying and processing difficult emotions, body sensations, and negative core beliefs that limit your ability to embrace peace and joy in your life. We believe that everyone has an innate capacity to heal, and we are here to support you on your journey to reclaiming the life you wish to live.
Our treatment methods
-
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an extensively researched, dynamic therapeutic approach for people who suffer with various forms of trauma, including PTSD. It is effective for helping individuals and couples with attachment wounds, trauma, and addiction, and offers great benefits with lasting results.
-
Brainspotting & Somatic Experiencing
Centering on the individual’s mental, emotional, and physiological responses to trauma, these approaches are aimed at awareness and creating new behavioral responses to trauma that will allow you to move toward a more empowering physiological and emotional presence that enhances self-confidence, safety, and emotional regulation.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT)
EFT is designed to facilitate a healthy emotional attachment bond between partners by understanding unmet needs. The therapeutic goal is to help couples create new and healthy interactive cycles by healing attachment wounds and strengthening the attachment bond.
-
Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT)
EFFT works to understand the emotional responses between members of the family and the interactive patterns that have become unhealthy. Through facilitated healthy interactions, families work together to honor individual attachment needs and access corrective emotional experiences.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a reframing model of psychotherapy that identifies and addresses various emotional parts within us that collectively create who we are, how we feel, and how we behave. It is an evidence-based approach that is effective for depression, anxiety, phobias, panic, and physical health conditions, and improving general functioning and well-being.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a present-centered and directive approach that challenges cognitive distortions about ourselves and the world around us. Clinical studies have shown that CBT has positive outcomes for people who suffer with various levels of depression (mild to severe), anxiety, panic attacks, anger, chronic pain, phobias, and eating disorders.
“ It is a freeing experience to move past symptoms of trauma, to embrace the fruits of life, and find joy in the essence of being.”
