Natalie has been a counselor for over 26 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Marketing with a Minor in Spanish from Iowa State University; a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Denver; and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary. Natalie has worked in State Corrections, monitored impaired physicians at CPHP, developed drug/alcohol programming for people with severe mental health issues, worked in community mental health, provided Christian counseling, treated senior citizens, and was a member of several group counseling organizations. She also owned a DBT company, a private practice, and a high conflict divorce coaching business.
Natalie is primarily a behaviorist and believes that most people come to counseling when they feel “stuck” in some area of their lives. However, she implements the approach that will best function to solve clients’ issues in the most effective way.
When not at work, Natalie enjoys playing the piano, which she has done since she was five years old. She also sings and has been part of several choral groups. Natalie is multilingual and enjoys traveling and learning new languages. She also has a new puppy whose antics she and her husband enjoy immensely.
