Meet Carson Meredith, MA, LPCC: Supporting Growth Through Connection, Compassion, and Brain-Based Care
Now accepting new clients at Elliant Counseling and AllNeuro Pathways
At Elliant Counseling Services, we’re proud to highlight Carson Meredith, MA, LPCC, an associate therapist whose compassionate, integrative approach is helping clients of all ages find healing and connection. Carson brings a unique blend of clinical training, real-world experience, and deep empathy to her work with children, teens, adults, and couples.
Carson holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and is currently pursuing her full licensure as an LPC. Her clinical focus centers on psychosomatic processing—an approach that recognizes the profound connection between mind and body in trauma recovery and emotional well-being.
In her work, Carson draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether she’s helping a young child through play or guiding a couple toward more secure connection and better communication, Carson's approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in neuroscience.
Before entering the field of counseling, Carson spent five years as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children with autism and their families. This early experience shaped her deep appreciation for the resilience of kids—and the inner child that lives within all of us. From toddlers in Omaha to teens in Colorado, Carson has long been attuned to the subtle, courageous ways kids navigate pain, growth, and change.
Today, Carson sees clients both through Elliant Counseling and as the Clinical Care Coordinator at our sister company, AllNeuro Pathways. There, she helps guide cutting-edge neurofeedback services that support emotional regulation, focus, and nervous system healing—particularly beneficial for clients with trauma, anxiety, or attention challenges.
Carson works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, life transitions, school or work stress, and relationship difficulties. She has a special passion for supporting partners impacted by addiction and betrayal trauma, offering a steady presence as they rebuild trust and reconnect with themselves.
Clients who work with Carson often come in feeling spacey, disconnected, or overwhelmed. These are common signs of complex trauma and nervous system dysregulation—and Carson offers a safe, grounded space to begin reconnecting to self. Through somatic and brain-based modalities, she gently supports each person in finding new ways to feel more present, empowered, and whole.
Outside the therapy room, Carson enjoys relaxing with friends and family (including her family’s puppy, Jackson), watching movies, and experimenting with creative makeup looks. Her warmth, creativity, and sincerity shine through in all she does.
Carson is currently accepting new clients for child, teen, individual, and couples therapy. If you're ready to begin your healing journey—or you're looking for a compassionate therapist for your child or teen—Carson would be honored to walk alongside you.
Interested in neurofeedback? Carson also serves clients at AllNeuro Pathways, offering neurotherapy services that support emotional and cognitive healing. Learn more about neurofeedback on AllNeuro Pathway’s website.
