Her demeanor is warm and caring. She holds a positive perspective toward humanity and believes in the innate human potential to move toward growth and change. Individual therapy is present-centered and focuses on the client’s immediate experience. Linnaya’s goal in family therapy is to facilitate growth in the system and between members by the use of congruent communication, accessing coping skills and enhancing self-worth. She is a passionate therapist who believes that if you are living, there is work to be done to continue movement toward optimal emotional, physical and cognitive health.
Linnaya is a trauma survivor with a diagnosis of PTSD. She found the courage, several years ago, to step into her own personal path of healing. Along the way, she found great joy in working with others who suffer with PTSD and trauma wounds. She says “it is a freeing experience to move past symptoms of trauma, to embrace the fruits of life and find joy in the essence of being.”
Linnaya is dedicated to helping others heal and find their inner light so they can embrace life and radiate their inner truth.
